Let’s Get to Know the Disney Dream!

Disney Dream

Disney Cruise Line has 5 ships: Disney Wonder, Disney Magic, Disney Dream, Disney Fantasy, and Disney Wish. Time to get to know the Disney Dream! This ship consists of 14 decks, and is 1,115 feet long and 216 feet high, with 1,250 staterooms. She can hold 4,000 passengers!

From the AquaDuck water coaster and Star Wars: Millennium Falcon kids’ club to an award-winning “Beauty and the Beast” stage show, the Disney Dream has something for everyone in the family.

Decks, Layout, and More!

Donald Duck greets you in the Atrium of the Dream, and I think he’s just the dreamiest! You can choose between Inside Staterooms, which all contain a virtual porthole showing rolling waves and Disney characters swimming by all in HD, Outside Staterooms, with portholes, Verandah Staterooms, with your private balcony, Concierge-level Staterooms and suites. There are three pools, two for everyone, one for adults only, and a water roller coaster called the AquaDuck! And so MUCH MORE!!

Disney Dream: Entertainment

Disney Dream - Fireworks at Sea
  • Broadway-caliber shows, like Beauty and the Beast and Disney’s Believe
  • the only cruise line offering fireworks at sea
  • wandering Disney characters
  • themed Days at Sea, like Marvel and Pixar
  • First-run Disney movies
  • Daily activities, like karaoke, game shows, bingo, and more!

Disney Dream: Recreation

Kids and families can enjoy Mickey’s Pool and Donald’s Pool. For some quiet, adult-only pool time, head to the Quiet Cove pool. For something entirely different, take a ride on the water coaster, AquaDuck, and take in the view as the slide extends out over the side of the ship!

Kids, Tweens, and Teens can make new friends in Disney’s kids clubs! For the smallest cruisers, they can explore the Oceaneer Club, where they can explore spaces inspired by Disney storytelling, like the Millennium Falcon! Tweens can hang out in Edge, full of video games, music, and movies. And for Teens, they can head to the parent-free Vibe, a lounge-style hang out spot with parties and karaoke and more!

For adults,  retreat to exclusive onboard locations, like Senses Spa & Salon. Then, head over to the adults-only part of the ship known as The District, home to mixed drinks at Skyline and Pink, live televised sporting events at 687 Pub and dancing at Evolution.

And stay in shape at the full-service fitness center! There’s truly something for everybody!

Get to Know the Disney Dream: Dining

Animator's Palate

You will not go hungry aboard the Disney Dream! Main dining, which is offered on a rotational basis, takes place in the Animator’s Palate, where you can be “drawn into” a dinner show, the Royal Palace, where you will dine like royalty, and the Enchanted Garden!

And there is casual dining available, too! Enjoy Cabanas, for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; or take in Flo’s Cafe, for burgers, chicken, pizzas, and salads; or ice cream treats at Frozone or Eye Scream. You can even get 24-hour room service.

Adults can enjoy Palo or Remy, two adults-only exclusive restaurants offered at an additional cost.
