Tour the Colosseum! Built by Emperor Vespasian around A.D. 70-72, the Colosseum was a gift to the people of Rome and soon housed spectacles and games as well as wild animal and gladiator combats. This engaging tour will provide an understanding of life in ancient Rome. You will also receive an exclusive, privately-guided tour of the Vatican Museum. Not only will you see masterpieces by the greatest artists in history, you will also be guided through the Sistine Chapel for an intimate look at Michelangelo’s work.

Following your tour of the Vatican and Sistine Chapel, you’ll enjoy an American breakfast served at the Bistrot La Pigna. Then, it’s time for St. Peter’s Basilica. After which you will enjoy a private motorcoach tour of the sites of Rome, followed by a walking tour. Some sites you’re sure to see include the Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, and, of course, the Trevi Fountain. And this is all before lunch!

TUSCANY

Travel by bus to Fattoria Poggio Allora. This working farm with its own winery is located in the heart of the Chianti wine-growing region. Here, you will be welcomed by the chef, who will lead you in a fun pasta-making activity. In addition, take in the spectacular views of the medieval towers of San Gimignano, a fortified hilltop town, standing on a nearby hilltop.

For adults, enjoy a tour of the family winery, followed by a wine tasting. While the kids will be off enjoying an olive oil flavoring. Junior Adventurers will learn about infusing herbs, that they will pick from the garden, into the oils.

Lastly, enjoy a banquet in a 15th-century castle. Costumed servers will serve your dinner in one of the most amazing locations in all of picturesque Tuscany.

FLORENCE

In Florence, enjoy a privately-guided tour of Michelangelo’s David. Then, follow that up with a walking tour of the city’s famed Duomo, Baptistry, Piazza Della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio, and MORE! Explore the spectacular town hall of Florence with a special VIP tour of Palazzo Vecchio. This magnificent structure remains one of the most impressive in Tuscany.
